ChurchSuite is an app that allows you to engage with the life of The Community Church. It can be downloaded for free from your app store and used on your smartphone, tablet and PC.
You will need to sign up to ‘My ChurchSuite’. Once you have joined, you can update your personal contact details (and those of any of your children) and keep up to date with church life. Your information is completely secure and never divulged to any 3rd parties. You are in control and get to say what you are happy to have shared and what is hidden and visible only to you.
At The Community Church we use ChurchSuite to manage events (so you can register / sign up and pay for things when there are fees involved – you can also make secure donations ) In addition we use this app for all our serving rotas in the church family – you get useful automatic reminders when you are due to be on a team and there is the ability to easily let people know when you are unavailable. If you are a church member, Churchsuite also is a wonderful address book for you to be able to contact people in the church

How To Register If You Haven't Already
Access to ChurchSuite is not automatic but requires an invitation via email. To request an invitation please contact us:
This invitation email contains a unique login-link with instructions on accessing My ChurchSuite for the first time and setting a password.
If you don’t receive your invitation, check your spam or junk folder in case it got caught.
Click the link in the invitation email to register your account.
Logging In
Computer
When you log in to ChurchSuite you will need to:
- Select a church. Type 'The Community Church Southport' into the search bar and our name should pop up.
- Click on our name to access your account.
- Enter your full e-mail address and password to log in.
- Make sure that the drop down bar is showing MyChurchSuite.
Mobile
When you log in to ChurchSuite you will need to:
- Select a church. Type 'The Community Church Southport' into the search bar and our name should pop up.
- Click on our name to access your account.
- Enter your full e-mail address and password to log in.
How To Use It
From your account you can see upcoming events as well as any rotas you are serving on.
By clicking on 'My Events' from the menu you can access the church calendar and scroll through to see what's happening in advance.
You can view our calendar via the ChurchSuite app, our website or the ChurchSuite website.
